You came to me as a small pup, you cried so hard that first night, I picked you up and you slept around my neck. You never left my side when I was sick, you loved all the kids and just wanted to follow them around, how they loved you and the CAPPY SONG we made up and taught the kids!

You were so brave when you were diagnosed with heart disease and were so patient when I fed you one piece of dog food at a time, especially when you did not want to eat.

I love you always and will miss you. I lost you tonight and my tears fill my keyboard as I type.

Sleep well my brave darling, you fought a good fight but God wanted you. I will miss you so, when I thought no one in this world loved me, you were there. You were my best friend and confidant. I love you and until we meet again.
