I have a whippet and Jack russel. Never heard of the breed whippet till I got her as a puppy. She's the sweetest dog you could ever ask for. When people dog sit her they don't wanna give her back haha. With that being said, looking at your dog she definitely looks with it but with her bigger ears I think she's mixed with beagle. If you Google whippet and beagle mix, you should see the resemblance of the ears.

I have adopted a 6 months old Spanish podenco Spanish called Seth and he looks just like Daisy !

She is awesome and I would agree. We adopted a special needs guy named Harry from a rescue shelter in Seattle that works with a group out of Taiwan.

Harry has had to overcome a lot but I've been trying to figure out what he is and Daisy has come the closest to what I've seen.

The tall skinny body and loving nature is conducive to the crazy/loving JRT's we've had in the past and we've had three so we know JRT's!

Daisy is adorable and totally reminds me of our goofy boy Harry.

What a cutie!!! How lucky you are! I have a whippet who is the best dog I have ever had and actually I am currently looking to rescue, hopefully, a mix like Daisy.

We adopted our 9mo. old terrier mix from a local shelter too. She is an amazing little dog. Blond and scruffy. We too think that our dog is a whippet/terrier mix. She is FAST at the dog park, but then is lovey and cuddly at home on her nest of pillows. She is very smart and sweet. We feel so fortunate to get her and be her forever home. DNA results pending, we are excited to find out for sure!

She looks A LOT like my dog - who I am calling a whippet/terrier mix - that I also adopted from a shelter except Daisy has a little more color (mine only has a single bi-colored eye patch. What state was the shelter you adopted her from in? Just looking for any of my dog's relatives. :)

Oh Wow. How Awesome. So my sister's husband gave me one of their dogs after I had to get rid of one of my dogs for aggression. So short story they told me she was a long leg Jack Russell Terrier. Than the other day she calls me and says she thinks she is part Whippet too. And her name is Daisy and we call her Miss Daisy. She is the best dog ever.

I adopted one at 7 months in February, Dalia has more of the English Springer, liver and white markings but her body and muzzle shape are identical to Miss Daisy.

Mine was very mistreated 3 homes prior to me, but has adjusted well. Coach potato, but loves the doggie park and running circles in the yard. What a wonderful sweet girls we have.

She looks very much like my dog...a Whippet/Jack Russell mix. Her personality is also very much like my dog. Whippets are known couch potatoes...mine certainly is!

I think she is springer spaniel whippet and she is gorgeous!!
