This is Roxy my 5yr old Whippet. I just took this the other day.
I have two other whippets, but Roxy was just too cute and I had to take this shot. Too bad to my other Whippy's, you gotta be fast to beat Roxy. :)
Roxy is a very energetic girl. There is never a dull moment with her around. She is also so loving and sweet. I call her my velcro dog. She is never far from me.
When anyone comes home she finds the nearest thing and puts it in her mouth for quite some time.
That is how I got this shot. I had to fiddle with the camera for a bit and she was still holding it when I got back.
She likes to come up to you and show you what she has in her mouth but you cannot take it from her. What a tease LOL.

Ok, I was reading over the website and saw an entry about how hard it is to take whippet pics cause they are either running, laying on the couch or look so stoic.
Take a picture when they are eating. Then they don't care. LOL.
I took this picture about an hour after we got in from a long off leash hike. There was lots of bunny chasing, they got a nap and then a snack. Yummmm...
From left to right we have...Gage, Lace and Roxy. Guess I have to post my Rottie's picture up on the Rottie blog. Can't leave her out now can I? :)
