Two whippets, Lulu and Twiglet, both rescued from a farm in Wales, came to me when they were only 5 weeks old, very small and frightened.
They soon settled in and grew up with the rescued Lurcher, Doberman, and Alsation. Now I have enough dogs here in the house, bit embarrassing when people come to see me, there is nowhere for them to sit!
I always wanted a house full of whippets, but I have only ever had two at any one time, now I seem to have gone a bit mad!
I don't show or breed them, they are all spayed, I just enjoy their company, as I hope they enjoy mine!!

Orla!
I've had my 11 week old Whippet, Orla, for 2 weeks now and she has been absolutely amazing - settled in straight away and has made best friends with our Bassett Hound, Orson see pictures attached!
She has her final inoculation in a couple of days and I cannot wait to see her out in our fields for the first time; we've already seen previews of her speed and agility in our home and yard!
Already she has developed such a character and has us laughing many times each day. Think we're forever converted to the breed though still Bassett fans of course ;-)

I walked out of the kitchen after making some homemade pup biscuits (I have a dog accessory company) and found my whippet on the floor CHEWING ON 2 POUND WEIGHTS so I did a photo shoot! My whippet wants to be a Heavyweight champion!!

Montie the Whippet
We've had Montie for 2 weeks and so far he's a real joy. He's fun, cheeky, eager to learn and charming to strangers.
He is an apartment dog and with a couple of walks every day and a lot of toys he's coping pretty well even as a puppy, though he has recently developed a fondness for chewing on our cowhide rug.

This is picture of Zac, my 2year old whippet having a go strictly coming dancing.
He is a little boy full of character, loves to catch his ball and run like the wind on the beach.
He is funny because if the other dogs are wet, he spends hours licking them until they are dry.
