Our Beagle/Chihuahua mix didn't seem to have any Chihuahua characteristics. He's definitely part Beagle (coloring, barking), but our son suggested Whippet when the dog grew long legs and a love of running as fast as possible. He's a sweetheart, who loves to go outside and chase a ball. He's almost outgrown our laps, because of those long legs. Are they Beaglets, or Whipples? I like Whipple.
