We adopted a "lab mix" from Texas. When she arrived, we were surprised by her appearance. She is just like the Whippet descriptions! The only lab we see is her flopped ears. We are retired so can be around her most times, but after reading on this site, we may consider crate training her for when she can’t accompany us on errands. The vet said she was close to 1.1 months. Our biggest challenge is teaching her not to jump on us! We’ll keep up with it, but might have to get some help with it as we don’t want to fall. So glad we got her!

I agree! My lab-whippet, Stanzi, looks like a small lab or a large whippet, depending on your take. She's a love, just like yours. Currently, she is laying on the couch next to me, sleeping, with her paws on my leg.
